ABOUT VILLA ROMANA
The Villa Romana is located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, directly on the sandy beach of Playa Serena, with a long promenade and next to the natural park of Punta Entinas, where you can admire the pink flamingos in their natural habitat. Enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year in our apartment complex, which features a magnificent outdoor pool (open from June 15 to September 30), a tennis court, two paddle courts, a children's playground, and a Mediterranean garden with shaded rest areas.
All our rental apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, free NETFLIX, and offer views of the sea and/or mountains. Pets are warmly welcome, so the whole family can enjoy an unforgettable stay. Just a few steps away, you'll find numerous restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and the 18-hole Playa Serena Golf Course.
For even more amenities, you can head to the city center of Roquetas de Mar, about 5 km from Villa Romana, where you'll find the "Gran Plaza" shopping center. In Roquetas de Mar, you can enjoy the "Mario Park" water park during the summer months, and the Roquetas de Mar Aquarium is worth a visit all year round.
On Thursday mornings, you can shop at the local open-air market for fresh fruit, vegetables, and other local products. There are also two covered markets where you can buy not only fruits and vegetables but also fresh fish and meat; one in the "Las Marinas" neighborhood about 2 km away and the other in the city center.

Villa Lupe
Our ground-floor apartment, Villa Lupe, is perfectly positioned with a southwest orientation, allowing you to enjoy sunlight on the terrace all day long. The apartment features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and two coffee machines (a Nespresso machine and a traditional coffee maker).
The living room sofa converts into a bed with a sleeping surface of 150 x 200 cm, accommodating one or two additional guests.
You can enjoy your meals inside the apartment or on the terrace, which is furnished to accommodate up to four people. Two sunbeds on the terrace provide the perfect spot for relaxing in the sun. From the terrace, you'll have a stunning view of our beautiful swimming pool, the Mediterranean Sea, and the expansive Playa Serena beach. The terrace gate offers easy access to the swimming pool.
If the weather turns chilly, the entire terrace can be enclosed with a covering system to keep you warm and comfortable.
You can safely park your car in the underground garage, which is equipped with a camera surveillance system.

Villa Alberto
Our ground floor apartment, Villa Alberto, is an east-facing unit, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise on the terrace each morning. The apartment features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower combination. In addition to the couch in the living room, there is a pull-out guest bed that can comfortably sleep two people.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to four people. On the terrace, you'll find a table with four chairs and two lounge chairs, providing a perfect setting for quiet moments and a lovely view of our wonderful swimming pool. The terrace gate offers convenient access to the pool.
You can park your car securely in the underground garage, which is equipped with a camera surveillance system.

Villa Lara
Apartment
Villa Lara is a ground floor apartment, facing west, allowing you to enjoy the sun almost all day long.
The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with four single beds. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower combination and one with a walk-in shower. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cozy living room.
On the terrace, you can enjoy dining outdoors and take in the lovely surroundings.
Villa Victor
Apartment
Our ground floor apartment, Villa Victor, faces east, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise each morning on the spacious terrace.
The apartment features three bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm and 150 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with three single beds. Additionally, there are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub/shower combination and one with a walk-in shower.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, and a stove with an oven. The large dining and living room is cozy and comfortable. The expansive terrace, with its seating area and lounge corner, invites you to relax and enjoy long, warm summer evenings outdoors. From the terrace, you have a marvelous view of our wonderful swimming pool and Mediterranean garden, which are easily accessible through the terrace gate.
